Move is all about working out and exercising. Use this space to track your workouts, set, and reps. Also allows for tracking cardio, yoga and all forms of time based workouts.
Setting daily goals allows for growth. Setting small daily goals allows you to grow a small bit each day. And like the Snowball Effect, small progress over time swiftly adds up to significant progress.
What you put in your body is just as important if not more than working out. This is your daily log of meals and snacks you ate, as well as how much water you drank for the day.
Taking good care of yourself is essential for maintenance. This section includes tracking time to stretch, sleep, mindful deep breathing (useful for stress relief), and time tracking meaningful social interactions. All core to a healthy and strong you.
