The Week In Review page is sort of like a scheduled timeout. A time to step back and see what worked and what didn't.
These are your wins and accomplishments for the week. Take a look back on the week and see what worked well, what wins you had for the week, things you accomplished, and overall positive things that went down.
Hey, not everything goes well all the time. Take the time out to recognize what didn't work for you this week. The first step in solving problems is identifying them.
Not everything goes perfect, it's all good. The key is not shrugging your shoulders and saying "maybe next time" - rather take a moment to think about what you learned from things not going well. Use that to help plan out next week.
So now that you identified some lessons learned, what can you do to help yourself out next time.
For example, when trying to stick to eating super healthy I learned if I don't eat something in the morning, around late morning I get ravenous and next thing you know i'm all like:
So - instead of "I'll try harder next time" I learned to eat a small healthy snack in the morning so I don't go all bonkers later in the day.
At the end of your next week, make sure to take some time to reflect on any lessons you learned and apply them to your planning next week.
